What is the return and exchange policy?

Yes we accept returns, however we do not accept returns for REFUNDS.

 

Why didn't I receive an invoice with my order? 

We are an Eco-Friendly Business. Invoices and tracking info are sent via email.

 

How can I exchange my item?

I Haven't received a store credit for my return?

If you have not received store credit for your return within 5 business days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered, please text us to +1 (951) 818-8840  so we can speed the process up for you. 

 

How Can I use my credit?

You can use it towards any item. All sales are FINAL when an exchange/credit code is used. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

How long does shipping within the US take?

We have 2 options:

First Class 3-6 days cost $6.99

Priority 1-3 days Cost $13.99

All orders are shipped via USPS.

 

Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 

How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed. You will receive another automatic email with shipping information with your tracking number. Please know, it may take up to 2 days of the time of shipment for activity to be available online.

 

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.


Please make sure to submit the correct address,If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must take this up with the USPS to file a claim. Tina's Fashion does not hold responsibility for a package that state are delivered.  We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

 

*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order.*
